Reporting A Problem
When reporting a problem or issue, please include any information that might help us diagnose the problem. The following details are often the most helpful:
1. The version of the Optimumcut software you are using.
2. The version of Windows that you are running.
3. The circumstances and exact sequence of steps that led to the problem.
4. The text of the error messages (if any), and contents of the Details dialog box.
5. A list of other programs that you were running when the error occurred.
