To Specify 'One Piece Saw Cut' CUTTING ACTIVITY TIMES (seconds)


1.      From the Tools menu, choose Options and then choose Time Parameters.

2.   Position the mouse pointer over the One Piece Saw Cut Box & click the left hand mouse button. (The Blinking mouse cursor flashes in the white Box)

14.      Use this box to enter the Cutting Projects 'One Piece Saw Cut' Time (In Seconds) To Make '1' Saw Cut.

15.      Position the mouse pointer over the Layout Cutting
Box & click the left hand mouse button. (The mouse does not Blink & the Box Becomes De-Activated)

16.      Position the mouse pointer over the Setting Of Saw Head
Box & click the left hand mouse button. (The Blinking mouse cursor flashes in the white Box)

17.      Use this box to enter the Cutting Projects 'Setting Of Saw Head' Time (In Seconds) To arrange or put in position the cutting tools, in preperation for making many cuts of the same cutting pattern.

18.      Position the mouse pointer over the Bar Loading
Box & click the left hand mouse button. (The Blinking mouse cursor flashes in the white Box)

19.      Use this box to enter the Cutting Projects 'Bar Loading' Time (In Seconds) To load each 'Stock' bar length into the saw bed.

20.      Position the mouse pointer over the Labour Cost Per Hour
Box & click the left hand mouse button. (The Blinking mouse cursor flashes in the white Box)

19.      Use this box to enter the Cutting Projects 'Labour Cost Per Hour' Time (In Seconds) & Click the OK Button.

20.      Upon Input of Time Parameters & Labour Cost Users can view Estimated Cutting process times & Estimated Labour Costs by using the Summary Report command after optimizing input data.
